Every project falls under the direction of a group manager. It is this individual’s responsibility to assemble the project team that is best suited to the specific requirements of the project. Each project is approached seamlessly with no departmental handoffs. The assigned project manager stays with the project from award to close-out.
Our project managers are thoroughly cross-trained in every aspect of construction including, but not limited to, budgeting and estimating, value analysis, scheduling, constructibility review, purchasing, and project control. They are responsible and accountable for total project success. They also have tremendous support resources from our in-house technical members to assist them.
